  • For the right concerns, yes. Red and near-infrared light are well studied for wrinkles, and blue light for mild to moderate acne. Our devices are FDA-cleared, and in our survey of 100 Mask Pro users, 97% saw smoother, more radiant skin after 4 weeks. Results vary, which is why every device comes with a money-back guarantee.

  • Most people notice smoother, brighter-looking skin within two weeks. Softer lines and fading spots follow over weeks 3 to 6 with daily use.

  • Every Glotech™ device is FDA-cleared as a Class II medical device. Many LED masks sold online aren’t, and some don’t put out enough light to do much. The Mask Pro combines red, blue and near-infrared light, so one mask covers both wrinkles and breakouts.

  • 5 to 7 days a week to start, 10 minutes a session. You can do up to two sessions a day, using either mode. After 4 to 6 weeks, 2 to 4 sessions a week keeps your results going.

  • Yes. You can do up to two 10-minute sessions a day. Try blue light earlier in the day and red light in the evening.

  • No. LED light doesn’t make your skin more sensitive to the sun. Wear sunscreen as you normally would.

  • Glotech™ devices use LED light with no UV and no heat, so there’s no downtime and no risk of sunburn. Check with your doctor first if you’re pregnant, undergoing chemotherapy, have epilepsy or a photoallergy, or take medication that makes you sensitive to light (such as tetracycline, Accutane or steroid injections). Glotech™ devices are for adults 18 and over.

  • Yes. Testing confirmed the light level is safe for your eyes. Silicone eye protectors are included if you’d like them for comfort. See the safety research on our Clinical Studies page.

  • Your Glotech™ device automatically comes with a 60-day money back guarantee. If you aren't loving the results, you can return it within 60 days, no questions asked.

    Simply email hello@ledesthetics.com with your order number and we will provide a pre-paid return label.

  • All Glotech™ devices with the exception of the Lip Wand may be returned for a refund within 60 days of delivery. The Glotech™ Hair Pro comes with an extended 6-month risk-free trial.  For hygienic reasons, the Glotech™ Lip Wand may not be returned once the inner seal is broken.  Serums and hydrogels also may only be returned if the original seal is unbroken.  Please see our Refunds & Returns page for more information

  • Shipping is Free on all orders within the United States over $350+. Otherwise there is a flat charge of $18.90.

    Expedited Shipping is available via UPS (2-4 business days) for $24.90.

  • Orders typically arrive within 6-8 business days in the United States. With expedited shipping, orders arrive within 2-3 business days. These are estimates and not guarantees.

    During holiday periods you may experience a slight delay in shipping times due to carriers being overloaded.

  • Simply contact us at hello@LEDesthetics.com with your order number to initiate a return. Returns must be initiated within 60 days of delivery (6 months for the Hair Pro).  Absolutely no returns will be accepted thereafter.  Returns must also be shipped within 7 days of receiving your return label.  Failure to comply with our return policy may result in your refund being denied.

  • The cost of shipping and processing ($15) will be deducted from your refund. Skin care purchased for the first time may be returned if the outer box or bottle seal is undamaged. Subscription items and shipping protection are non-refundable.

  • All Glotech™ devices automatically qualify for a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects.  This warranty extends only to the original retail purchaser with original proof of purchase. If your device should become defective within the warranty period, contact our customer support. This warranty does not cover Devices damaged by: 

    • Accident, misuse, abuse, or alteration.
    • Use with unauthorized accessories or use other than as instructed.
    • Connecting to incorrect current and voltage.

    LED Esthetics shall not be responsible for any incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use of this Device. All implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of fitness and merchantability are limited in duration to one year from date of original purchase.

  • It's super easy! Click the profile icon at the top of any page and enter the email address associated with your order. Check your email for your one-time login code to access your account. From there, you can view any subscriptions, change the frequency or cancel with the click of a button.

  • Yes, for qualifying customers. At checkout, continue as a guest, choose Truemed and answer a short health survey. Eligibility is usually confirmed within 24 hours.

  • Yes. Every Glotech™ device is FDA-cleared as a Class II medical device.

  • We recommend applying your specially formulated LED Esthetics serum or hydrogel immediately prior to your treatment.  All of our skin care products have been designed with light-activated ingredients to accelerate your results and maximize the effects of LED light on your skin.  You may also complete treatments with a freshly clean, dry and bare face.  It is important to avoid other topical creams or serums which may create a barrier between your skin and the light, reducing the effectiveness of your treatments. 

  • If you’re looking to both improve fine lines, reduce pigmentation and revitalize your radiance, we recommend alternating the Biocell Copper Peptide (for fine lines) and the Ageless Complex (for pigmentation and radiance) with red light treatments every other day.  Apply the serum generously immediately before your treatment and allow to dry. 

    To further enhance your results and lock in deep hydration, apply the Hydrogel face mask on top of your serum (during your treatment) 2x per week.

  • Yes. Many people use LED between appointments. Check with your provider about timing after an injection.

  • Yes. Ask your provider how soon after your treatment to start.
