DELIVERY TIMES - U.S.
- Contiguous U.S. (4-7 business days): FREE
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $24.80
- Alaska & Hawaii (5-8 business days): $14.90
We ship items as soon as they are available. If there’s more than one item in your order, you may receive the items separately (at no extra charge).
Please ensure all of your shipping details are 100% correct before placing the order. If you need to make a change, please email us immediately at hello@ledesthetics.com. We will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee changes to an address once an order is placed.
If your address was entered incorrectly and we've already created the shipping label, we are not able to change the address and cannot be held responsible delays or undeliverable orders.
SHIPPING PROTECTION
We recommend opting in for Shipping Protection, which guarantees a replacement if your order if it is lost in transit, stolen, or damaged while in transit. If you choose to opt out of Navidium Shipping Protection, there is nothing we can do to replace your order if it is lost in transit, stolen, or damaged while in transit.
For those who purchase shipping protection, you are entitled to one immediate replacement for your order but not a refund. Please note that Navidium Shipping Protection is non-refundable.

- 8-15 days: Canada, Ireland, Finland, Norway
- 6-12 days: United Arab Emirates
- 4-7 days: Japan, Singapore
Priority Shipping is offered in certain regions for an additional fee, as follows
- United Kingdom (4-7 days) - £15.90
- Canada (7-10 days) - $27.80 CAD
- Australia (4-6 days) - $29.90 AUD

CUSTOMS & DUTIES - INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
When ordering from LED Esthetics, you're responsible for ensuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. Orders shipped internationally (outside of the U.S.) may be subject to customs, taxes, or duties charges of the destination country. LED Esthetics is not responsible for covering these charges and they must be fulfilled by the recipient, the importer of record. If the product is returned upon delivery to the destination country and refusal by the importer of record, LED Esthetics reserves the right to deduct any shipping and handling costs incurred by the transaction from the refund.
Depending on the shipping location, your order may be subject to import taxes and other fees charged by the local customs authority. We have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be. Please contact your local customs office for more information. If customs clearance is required, it may cause delays in shipping beyond our original delivery estimates.
