All Glotech™ devices may be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Simply send an email with your order number to hello@ledesthetics.com and we will send a prepaid return label. Return shipping cost of $12.50 and a $2.50 processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
For hygienic reasons, the Glotech™ Lip Wand may not be returned once the inner seal is broken. Serums and hydrogels also may only be returned if the original seal is unbroken.
WARRANTY - All Glotech™ devices automatically qualify for a one-year warranty!
