30-DAY RISK-FREE TRIAL
We make returns easy. We will happily accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order, for ANY reason. Skincare products (such as serums and gels) must be unopened in order to qualify for a return. Simply send us an email with your order number at hello@ledesthetics.com and we will send a prepaid return label. Return Shipping cost of $12.50 and a $2.50 processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
WARRANTY
We offer a 1-year limited warranty on the Mask & Glo Pro® only. This warranty is automatically applied to all purchased of the Mask & Glo Pro.
SHIPPING PROTECTION
If you choose to opt out of Navidium Shipping Protection, there is nothing we can do to replace your order if it is lost in transit, stolen or damaged while in transit. For those who purchase shipping protection, you are entitled to one immediate replacement for your order but not a refund. Please note that Navidium Shipping Protection is non-refundable.
